Dare Ajayi holds B.A, M.A (Jos), M.A (Uni. Ghana), PhD (Florida), PDC - PHD Supervision, (Stellenbosch). He is an Academics, a Senior Pastor, and National Coord for Assistant Pastors In-Charge of Provinces in RCCG. He lectures at the Redeemed Christian Bible College (affilliate of University of Ibadan, and RUN, Ede), where he served as Dean, School of Higher Degree (Postgraduate Studies), Dean, School of Ministry, and currently, Director, Christian Youth Ministry program (RUN affilliate program). He is an erudite scholar with expertise in Leadership, Human Management, Religion and Comparative Theology, Conflict Management and Family development. Visiting Research Fellow, Rice University (Houston, US). Served as adjunct faculty member, and external postgradute examiner with the RCCG North American Seminary (Dallas). Member of American Academy of Religion (US), Fellow, American Association for Theological Studies (US). Member, Society of Human Resource Management (US), Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Personal Management (Nigeria), He was Pioneer Provost, LFF ZIBI, and pioneer Northern Coord, RCCG National House Fellowship Unit. He has supervised over 73 postgraduate research candidates, and also served as Examiner to 9 Doctoral works. He has published articles to his records, and also a bestseller author of books including Character-based leadership Excellence, When this Man Dies, Theology of Confusion, Leadership Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Management and Education (on Amazon). He is well versed, and travelled Leadership Management facilitator with thousands of Lead trainees.
